Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event date to be eligible for a full refund.

    • Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. How to Request a Refund

    • To request a refund, please contact us with your order details, including your name, order/ticket number, and the event for which you purchased the ticket.

    • Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees associated with your ticket purchase may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

  1. Processing fees

  2. Transaction fees

  3. Service fees

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  1. Cancellation

    • If we cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket purchase. We will notify you of the cancellation as soon as possible and process the refund within 3 business days.

  2. Rescheduling

    • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of extreme circumstances (such as medical emergencies or family bereavement), please contact us to discuss potential exceptions to our refund policy. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
