Grief Support
Just as with any life companion, the loss of a pet carries profound emotional weight. Their care is a lifelong commitment, grounded in love, and the grief that accompanies their passing can be deeply painful.
As a trained End of Life Doula for Companion Animals, I’m here to provide compassionate care for both your pet and you. Together, we’ll navigate the emotional and practical challenges that come with this tender phase, ensuring your beloved companion is treated with the dignity and love they deserve.

Embracing the End of Life with Care and Dignity
We know that dying is an inevitable and natural part of life and, yet, facing it can be overwhelming and frightening for the person facing death as well as for the loved ones. In my role as an end-of-life Doula, I offer a calm and peaceful presence with deep compassion, knowledge and awareness. End of life is more than physical event. It is a deeply human and spiritual transition.

What is the format of the in-person courses? One of the many benefits of in-person classes is to build community with other class members to foster future support and communication groups. The class size is intentionally kept small. We will be following the course syllabus examining each of the topics through multiple lenses of diversity, inclusion, and cultural understandings. Formats will include general instruction, group discussions and application experiences along with time for small group processing and personal reflection. We end with celebration, certificates, and introductions into the EOL community.

Preparing for end-of life deserves time and space to process. As an end-of-life Doula, I work to create quiet space for meaningful conversations that can address personal concerns, unanswered fears, end-of -life wishes, and desired next steps. In collaboration with other caregivers, I strive to offer individualized and person-centered care to this sacred time.
